Yes. Most repairs are done on-site at your HDB, condo or landed home anywhere in Singapore. If a unit needs bench work, we'll explain why and arrange collection.
We work on all major household appliance brands sold in Singapore. Share your brand and model number when booking so the technician can bring the likely parts.
A transport and diagnosis fee applies for the visit. If you go ahead with the repair, we'll let you know how it is handled in your quote.
Yes, replaced parts and the related workmanship are covered for a set period. The exact terms are written on your service receipt.
No. We focus on household electrical appliances and don't repair audio or video equipment.
